"Had everything I needed"
The kit showed up with all the pieces it said it would, even the tiny little parts I was expecting to be missing. It made getting the experiment started really easy without having to make a last-minute store run. Weirdly, I remember the small parts bag had this bright blue twist tie on it, which made it super easy to spot.

"Pretty easy to use"
I was able to find what I needed quickly, so overall it was easy enough to use. The only thing is I had a slight hiccup figuring out where to click at first, did anyone else run into that?

"I ordered a few things and..."
I ordered a few things and two of the items that showed up were completely wrong. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s really frustrating having to deal with it after waiting for the order. it makes me lose trust that they can get the basics right.

"Instructions could definitely be clearer"
The kit itself looked fine, but wow, the instructions really threw me off haha. It felt like a few steps were missing, and some of the wording was just hard to follow. I ended up having to look online to figure out even the basic parts

This was a good fit for my kid’s age. Compared to a few other things we’ve tried, it felt more appropriate and easier for him to use

"Checkout took way longer than it should have"
I tried placing my order yesterday afternoon it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. The website kept glitching right when I got to checkout, and my cart changed on me twice before I could finish. I eventually got the order through after messing with it for a while, but the whole thing was frustrating and took longer than it should have.

"Box came a bit dented, but it was okay"
The box showed up with a little dent on one side, which had me slightly worried at first. But it wasn’t a big deal, the stuff inside was totally fine and nothing seemed damaged.

"Helpful support and a smooth experience"
I reached out to Home Science Tools with a question about my order, and they got back to me quickly. The response was clear, and they were able to get everything sorted out without a lot of back and forth, which made the whole experience feel smooth. I’m giving 4 stars only because I wish the first email had included a little more detail, but overall I was happy with the service.

"Pretty light on the learning part"
I bought this kit for my kid hoping it would be a fun way to learn, but it was disappointing. The instructions showed what to do, but barely explained why anything was happening. It ended up feeling more like busy work than an actual learning activity

Shipping took longer than I was expecting, so that was bit annoying. But package did show up eventually and everything was fine when it arrived.

"Not gonna lie, I expected better"
Not gonna lie, I was a little disappointed with this kit. For the price, I expected the quality to be better, but some of the pieces felt cheap. A couple of items didn’t fit quite right either, and after the first use, it didn’t really hold up as well as I hoped...
